Thank you for purchasing on neelucky.com.

Online purchases made through neelucky.com can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivery date.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fare should be based on the chosen express company.

If for our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect and the consumer is not required to pay the shipping costs for this reason.

No restocking fees to be charged to consumers for returning a product.

All returned / exchanged items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all original tags attached in the original packaging. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all expenses incurred and no refunds will be issued. You can make an exchange as long as it's available or alternatively get a refund.

We do not accept returned items that have been sent back directly without notifying us first.

Any address on the package is not approved as a return address. Package returned without a return address authorized by customer service representatives will not be refunded or replaced.We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returned packages. Shipping charges for returning returned packages are non-refundable.

Step 1: Email our customer service representatives at service@neelucky.com to request the exchange / return. Step 2: After receiving your exchange / return request email, our customer service representatives will send you the exchange / return instructions by email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange / return. Step 3: You will receive your refund within a week or an exchange order will be processed after receiving the package. We will email you once your refund or exchange has been processed. FYI: It will take longer (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company it is) to process the refund for the bank if the original payment method is credit card.

Order cancellation

We offer full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once you have decided to cancel your order, you should submit a support ticket from Contact Us at service@neelucky.com . For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but not shipped, we will offer a partial refund after a 15% cancellation fee has been charged. We will process the refund within one week of receiving the return package. FYI: It will take longer (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company it is) to process the refund for the bank if the original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept the order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
